I don't eat any kind of ice cream, cake, or regular sodas ever. I do drink diet coke but only after the first year. At first the carbonation caused me pain. I will still get some pain if I drink something that is too cold too quickly (like iced tea on a hot day...sometimes I just gulp it down too fast and I get cramps).

By the way, I still weigh myself every day. Before I started losing weight again because of my thyroid, I would always watch my eating more closely if I gained even 2#'s.

Anyone had plastic surgery yet?

Marina

I had a TT with the hernia repair and am going back in this Thursday to repair the mesh that is popping out. I am also getting my belly button revised due to loss of blood supply.

I had liposuction from the waist down...31 holes back in 1998 and that was a ver rough and painful surgery.
