I know that the hair loss thing is pretty much a crap shoot but from day one I took (in additional to my iron, B12, calcium and multivits.), a B complex and zinc.
And as I struggled with meat after surgery, I hit the protein drinks - 100 - 140g a day total.
Maybe I've been lucky but if I've had any hair loss, it's been minimal.
I think the message here is not to sweat it.
