To answer your question, I weigh about 8 lbs less than I did in June, and I am exercising daily. I am about a size smaller, I think, than I was when you and I were together in June. I bought a pair of pants, low rise khakis, when I was in Washington, Corrine, and they were a tight size 5. Now they are very loose and I can pull them up and down without unbuttoning or unzipping them!
Thank you, everyone, for the lovely words. I have bounced up and down many times over the years, was a chubby child, a chunky teenager and a fat adult, with moments when I dieted down to a temporary size 8 or 10, maybe 118 lbs. But that didn't last long. I got down that far only once (at the age of 38). I have never been this thin before, no. And the wonderful fact is that I am confident that I will stay at this size. My habits as to food and exercise are so different than they ever were. It is a magical journey.
