I am not much on breakfast food in the morning. I would rather have a lunch or dinner thing but here's a couple of ideas. Canadian bacon or ham, bacon, sliced cheese of any kind, yogurt (add your protein powder to it), nuts, lite cream cheese ( I eat it with sliced tomato or cucmbers), turkey sausage (you really have to chew it well), left overs from dinner. I hope that helps a little bit. I usually eat string cheese, nuts, or leftovers because I am always on the go.
