Drinking Water before or after meals??
Hello, Actually I am trying to gather some information for my wife. She had surgery about 11 weeks ago. What is the routine for drinking water before and after meals? Why do you not want to drink it with meals? What are the medical reasons? My wife finds it very difficult to eat without drinking anything. She has tried very small sips with food but it is not effective. Is this normal? Why is this? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.
