I would suggest tell the doctor....postpone the surgery until after your pregnancy....you would feel absolutely horrendous if you went ahead with the surgery and you lost your baby this time.....you will feel that you killed your baby.

If you postpone the surgery and still miscarry this time....give yourself a chance to grieve and try going for the surgery again. Many people get pregnant much more easily after having the surgery and have delivered healthy babies.....your troubles in carry to term may or may not be weight related......

If you're not doing so, see a counselor, a therapist, or grief support group...you have had many losses and need emotional support too.
