Well, I am very proud to say that I have finally hit the 50lbs. lost mark! WOOHOO!!! I feel absolutely GREAT!!! I have sent pictures to my family back home and they are very excited for me! My husband really likes the changes, LOL
However, I am starting to feel self causious. Everything is going south! My belly is starting to really hang and my boobs are getting flatter and longer, UGH. Its starting to get nasty but the way I feel doesn't change how much energy I have now and how much better I feel with 51lbs gone!!! I really hope my insurance will cover my plastics, thats all I am worried about!
As far as food goes... I suck at eating! I don't know what to cook!!! I wanna eat more often than I do but there is just really nothing I can eat, ya know? I'm gonna go browse the recipe section here in a few but I hope I like the food I find, and I hope I find the will to cook it! I have been doing horrible with my protien intake! Those shakes sit soooo heavy in my pouch, seems like my pouch becomes a brick! I am looking into making my own protien bars thanks to a post on here somewhere.
Well, thats about it with me, started working out kinda sorta. I have been walking on a more reg. basis and started doing some workout videos. Okay, I look forward to hearing from some of ya! TTFN!

The Lord replied, "My precious child.
I love you and I would never leave you.

During your times of trial and suffering
when you saw only one set of footprints...

"It was then that I carried you."
