Oh I bought that book off Ebay a few weeks back !
I have read it back to front , its full of great info !
Would recommend it for sure.

Second fill 29.01.09=1 ml
10ml band filled to 7.5 ml ....
I love my band !  5 stone gone thats 70 pounds
Awaiting third much needed fill ......
