I just realized that you had DS, I think you are the only one active on this board that has had that procedure (to the best of my knowledge anyway, if Im wrong Im sure I will hear about it) You may have difficulties gtting advice on your diet in the early stages..... just in case you need more answers about it specifically, have you checked out obesityhelp... just suggestion for more answers....
