I'm a firm believer in letting your body decide when it's time to go to bed, and when it's time to get up.
I'm a night person ... I hate mornings and have since I was a little kid ((maybe even a baby ... just can't remember that far back!)). I go to bed at midnight and get up at 10 am ... every day.
After surgery it was the same for me, but add in a nap or two as well. I don't nap anymore, but sweetie, if you're tired, your body is telling you it needs it.
Now, GET TO BED!!! ((Dr. JumboJulie's strict orders))
