I sleep almost 12 hours a day. I would sleep more if I could. Before surgery I would get around 7 hours. Lately I can't make it through the day without a nap and I have been sleeping in more and more. I'm exhausted.


I did that at after surgery also. It seemed my body needed the extra rest to heal and to get used to the lower calories and protein intake. I STILL take a nap in the afternoon but I'm trying to force myself out of that habit. Not easy, but I'm trying.
