3 lbs a week isn't bad at all. That would be 12 lbs a month and down 120 in 10 months.
I'm hoping, once I start losing again, I can stay at about 3 lbs a week. I figure I can work out enough to help build muscle, so hopefully I don't have too much loose skin. I really don't like the idea of having loose skin and going under the knife to have it removed terrifies me. (I almost had a panic attack right before my ryn surgery because I was so scared of going under.)
