I find that I feel hungry a lot now too. But I also notice that if I eat more carbs I feel MORE hungry more often. Whenever I am good and choose protein over carbs I do much better.
My problem is I still CRAVE carbs and since I don't dump I have to rely on my willpower which has never been great.
But I do believe that protein is the answer AND not drinking too soon after eating.
