I'm just so mad at myself for feeling hungry (what seems like) all day! I certainly don't want to gain any weight back and I know that snacking will only lead me up that road again. I have been running on the treadmill 2-3 times a week, 2 miles. What gives?
Anyone else 2 years and + months experiencing this? Any suggestions?

I find that I feel hungry a lot now too. But I also notice that if I eat more carbs I feel MORE hungry more often. Whenever I am good and choose protein over carbs I do much better.

My problem is I still CRAVE carbs and since I don't dump I have to rely on my willpower which has never been great.

But I do believe that protein is the answer AND not drinking too soon after eating.
