I just recently self detoxed from about 4 tens a day.It was hell and I was a biotch.I was almost crapping myself at work and tired all the time.Now I feel great! I was only on them for about 2 weeks but I have done this a few times someone gives them to me when they get their prescription and it sucks.When I get it out of my life i feel so much better.My memory comes back.I am not racing around talking a mile a minute ...My head comes out of the fog.DO THIS MAMA!! I am telling you! It is worth it.I tried really hard to just focus on eating right and excersize.It gets so much easier after the first few days.It is your mind making you feel the pain.That gets better too believe it or not.Keep posting we are here for you!
