Thanks so much for the information. I take Trader Darwin's High Potency Chewable I get them at Trader Joe's. I must say I have stopped taking my calcium because of Kidney Stones it was recommended to stop by my urologist but looking at the web site if I take the right kind it should be ok. I will start taking them now. Thanks so much for the info.
I was wondering is anyone out there taking the vitamin B12 shots while taking the supplemental B12? I take the supplemental but am wondering if I should get a shot or two.
I feel there is so much information and it over whelms me.
