Mmmm, crab cakes sound good too. I love a good crab cake, but I don't like the kind that are loaded with breading. Beth (Milady B) has a recipe posted for tuna patties that sounds absolutely delicious, and I'm sure crab meat could be substituted for the tuna. Now that I can have tuna, I think I'm going to make it soon.

Has anyone tried "imitation crab"? This is usually the kind I buy, since the real stuff is so darned expensive.

I've never heard of whipped cottage cheese, but it sounds interesting. Does it not have lumps? I just eat the cheap store brand cottage cheese from WalMart, straight up, no fruit.

Eggs go down good for me...I've been allowed them since I began Phase 2 (one week after surgery), but I waited a couple of weeks before trying them. I can eat 1 egg at a sitting, with an 1/8 of a cup of LF shredded cheddar cheese. I chew the heck out of them though.
