I just had meatloaf and mashed potatoes with a bit of gravy. The dog really enjoyed the portion I left him BECAUSE I did it. It was about 8 bites of food and I decided to stop and wait... I got that almost full feeling. Oh, I could have pushed one or three more bites, but I didn't AND I didn't suffer that stuck feeling I want to avoid at all cost OTHERWISE, the food you eat just isn't enjoyable.

I guess the rule should be that your pouch should train you, not you train your pouch -- that way, we have a better chance to be added to the TT long-term loser/winners!

WLS for Dummies says 'make every bite count' and if you don't you'll enjoy your food experience more than you did before WLS.

Here's to eight great bites!
