I'm now close to 9 months out I'm feeling at my best if I keep my carbs around 30% of my total intake. My NUT would prefer that be upped to around 50% but I can't handle more than I am at present.
I keep my fats around 20% and the rest is protein.
My carbs come from good sources, whole grains, nuts, fruits and vegetables.
Golden rule for me is that if it's white - I ain't eating it!
At your stage, the one and only thought I had was to get my protein in. I didn't count anything other than that.
