Indian Food - Thai Food - Vegetarian Food - Vegan Food - Kosher Food - Gluten Free Food - MRE

The above website has a huge amount of packaged items that can be put over food, served as a side, or put on brown rice or barley.

The ones I found that are lowest in calories, fat and high in protein are Bombay potato and madras lentils. Jahodapur lentils are also good.
