It gets better!
If you like Unjury, try the UNFLAVORED kind. I mix it will water, ice, & crystal lite. It's nice to be able to vary the flavor so it doesn't get monotonous.

Gym Milestone #1 - 7/5/08 - 1 mile on treadmill in 19 min., 13 seconds
Gym Milestone #2 - 7/17/08 - 1 mile in the AM on treadmill in 13 min., 50 seconds, 1 mile on the treadmill in the PM in 13 min, 28 seconds
Milestone #3 - 8/2/08 - no longer "morbidly obese" :::happy dance::: , just plain ole "obese"
