Alternatives..or Make Your Own?
I Was Wondering If Anyone Knew If There Are Alternatives Or If Making Your Own With Fresh Ingredients Is Acceptable..as Far As Sugar And Carbs...pasta Sauce? Flour? Alternative To Bisquick Maybe? Are Rice Noodles Bad? Is There A Rice Replacement? I.e Wild Rice, Brown Rice? And Last What Is An Ideal Amount Of Carbs Per Meal?? All Your Help Is Appreciated..thx
