Bottom line is how do you feel about it? Is it too much for you? Guidelines are guidelines. What's your weight loss? How's the body fat count? What are the numbers telling you? Do you stop eating when you feel full? Do you even feel full? It's easier to eat more when the food is soft and moist. It is digested more quickly than when you eat more solid foods. You take little bits of information and tailor it to what works for you.
