You would think that they would want to, but the don't always do things the smart way so to speak. Another way to maybe go about is by talking to your claim adjuster. All though the fact that you have a lawyer they might not want to or be able to talk to you about your claims. Also if you are thinking that you are going to get a pretty nice settlement b/c of the injury you should see if you can get them to pay for WLS then take that out of your settlement or something like that. Can't hurt to try every approach.
