Default Long time

It has been ages since I posted here! I will be 3 years out out Dec 21. I am maintaining now at about 190. A size 14... and I am STILL thrilled with it.

July 2, 2007 I had an anchor cut tummy tuck in which they removed 12.5 pounds of excess skin.

I am reading and catching up with everyone!

I did have a small bounce... I actually got too thin ... I was down another 15 pounds and the surgeon said that it wasnt a good thing for me, as I was having other health issues that have since resolved. I maintain very easily... and I have been at this weight a year.

Well that is my update... I hope to post more and get back into the swing of things!

Hi Gina, nice to meet you as another long-termer. I've had the same problem with getting too thin. It happened three years ago and I'm going through it again right now. It's not easy to regain for me. I too have no problem maintaining and it's good to hear that you've found the same success with your pouch

Me too pummychal It's definitely doable and it's made a huge difference in life overall, having control over food.

I am 3 years out and I find that the amazing thing for me is that if I gain a little I can actually just cut back and lose it! I could NEVER do that before the surgery.

I think this is the BEST part about the surgery. It really gives me a sense of finally mastering the fat demon
