I can't believe it. In 12 days it will be three years out. I have to say that I haven't followed the rules as much as I should have and have gained a few pounds back because of it. Now I will have to get back on the ball and really get to work ! Just wanted to check in.....

Congratulations on your 3 years! I am a little over 3 years out and have gained a little but am taking that weight off now. Getting back to the basics has helped - no drinking with my meals is a BIG one for me. Limiting that has helped a lot.
