Default I hit my first stall...

Ok, with everything that is going on in the lives of some of our dear friends here, I feel like a fool for posting this..

After 19-20 months of having a weight loss every month, I have hit a stall. Sounds dumb & selfish, but it is what it is.

I work as a cleaning person 5 days a week, 15 hours a week. I walk to & from work which is about 3 miles round trip.

Does anyone have any good ideas on excercise? I'm too cheap to join a gym plus I tend to bulk up REALLY quickly when I weight lift. After a 81kg/179.5lb weight loss, there is TOO much flab, flub & flappy stuff to even BEGIN to consider putting this body in a swimsuit, so swimming is out. I have severe ADHD, so yoga is out. I'd lose my mind having to be all mellow & stuff. They'd probably throw me out for talking constantly anyway. I've been thinking about Pilates, but right now I can't find a group. Powerwalking is about the only thing I can think of. I'm still too fat to run...Having said that I can *sort of* jog/jog-walk for 100-150 yards without dropping dead.
Any & all suggestions are welcome.
Nancy
