Top 5 fat-flushing fruits

"In order to turbo charge weightloss, you need to consume low-energy density fruit (ED) which contains the highest volume of water, fiber and enzymes. The best and most slimming options are listed from best to good choices. All are great.
Strawberries
Raspberries, Watermelon and Grapefruit
Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Papaya, Peaches and Tangerines.
Apricots, and Pineapple
and last but not least, Oranges, Plums, Blueberries and Apples.
Side note: I am pleased, as I eat one of these a day at least. My favs tangerines, Pineapple, Apple and Strawberries. Ohers I consume weekly not listed are Mango and Bananas.
