I take Ferrous Sulfate 325 MG. I am suppose to take them 3 times a day. I take them 1-2 times a day. They really help me out. My dr. prescribed them but you can get them over the counter just ask your pharmacist. Also if you run loqw on B-12 I get a once a month shot at my Dr.'s office.
