Gym
I did have someone to join the gym with me and I found out real quickly that I did better on my own and enjoyed it more taht way. Grab your Ipod and start with something low impact. 20 minutes on the eliptical machine and then walk and then try some weights. Most gym memberships include a free sesion with a trainer to aquaint you with the equipment. Look into it. Spending money on it motivates me!!!
