Medicare paid for mine, and my supplement (which is totally free for us retired military, Tricare for Life) paid the balance that Medicare didn't pay. I have paid ZERO out of pocket.

Having said that, knowing what Iknow now, I would have found a way to pay for it if I had to, out of pocket. It has changed my life, my quality of life.
