Working out
Ok so I am really frustrated with the working out thing. I want to start doing these things, its just that I'm having a hard time getting started. My family isnt much help because they have health problems and cant really do much. My best friend will only work out if we go running, and running is just NOT my thing. We do however, play tennis every now and then. I just cant seem to get started. I want to join the gym, but I think I would feel stupid with a lot of people around. I dont know, I guess I just keep thinking I need someone to workout with me, but I know I should be able to do it on my own. Any advice?
