as soon as I started prepping for preop I decided I would try to get used to the diet I was given as a post op "day 66 and ongoing" diet (Stage V)... if I can keep to 1500 calories (9 servings of protein a day), I figure I am doing well... It's hard to run over the calors if you are concentrating on the protien and starting with that as your ingestion goal.
I am doing eggs, chicken, cheese... and the occaisional "Test" drink (instant carnation, isopure, etc)
I think its helping my inches and my pounds a bit.
