Hi Lisa!
These postings remind me that we came very close to saying, "it's been a year since we lost Lisa....God, it still tears me up to think of her and what she went through."

Pretty sobering, isn't it? But you have recovered so well and always have such an upbeat personality--I rely on you hugely to remind me that bad stuff can happen to good people, and it is up to us to yank ourselves back from the brink of the volcano and get back to living. I would so love to know you better.

I see you are from BC? Are you waaaaaaaaay up there, or closer to like Victoria, etc? I ask because of your comment regarding camping and vacationing, etc. I have an RV also, (and it's for sale, and it's in GREAT condition!) and I was wondering if you and your fam ever venture down into these crazy lower 48. It would be neat if you came south and we came north and met somewhere in the middle. Your daughter (I think) is right around Josh's age (11-12?) and they could play together while we play scar show and tell....

Just a thought...but if you live a short drive from the Arctic Circle, I don't think it would work so well.

Have a good time at your convention/meeting--I have no doubt that you will be extremely diligent in your eating--much moreso than me!
