Kristi - I am jealous that you have a place near you - near enuf that you can do 1.5 hours 5x week.. good for you.. keep up the water, for sure!
I may even get to schlepping to the Boston place (about 25 miles from my house) once I hit the looser's bench! Right now my favorite position is the one where you just lie there concentrating on your breathing!
(A real beginner in basic yoga, but have heard about and admired Bikram for a long time!)
