Today I woke up and felt much better than I have in awhile.. and I get to go back to work next wednesday which I think will be wonderful for me (I need the structure).
I have been thinking about rejoining a gym I joined a few years ago - markets to the "older" and less gym bunny set. I like swimming better than walking and it's better for my allergies.. I've been having problems with those due to the excessive rain/pollen etc.
