If at the time of sx you were less than 300 pounds, your official textbook honeymoon is 6 months, then you have to put in work and be very careful. If you are greater than 300 pounds you have 12 month honeymoon. The honeymoon is rapid weightloss without much effort, thats why we need to make the most out of this time.
