Default Anyone try GNC flavored vitamin powder?

I got the GNC Women's Ultra Mega, Maximum Nutrition Formula. Has anyone else used this as their daily supplements? I am hoping it's not too good to be true so I can stock up on it to mix into my protein shakes and not have to worry about buying all kinds of supplements seperately. Will this give me everythign I need? Here's the nutrition content (I am concerned about the carbs):
