I think if I have to drink one more drop of broth, I'll gag.

I was still on liquids at your stage and went to soft foods at 2 weeks post op. Cottage cheese, eggs, beans, etc. That for 2 weeks before I could have white fish. No other meat until 1 month out and then only turkey. So it's different for everybody. Just be careful. Follow your surgeons rules. I couldn't have handled meat at your stage.
