3. I can bend forward to pick up the Sunday paper without fearing I'll fall flat on my face.
4. For that matter.....I know (from experience) that if I fall now I won't have to crawl on my hands and knees to something to hold onto.
5. Climbing stairs is a breeze now.
6. Getting down on the floor with my granddaughter is effortless now.
7. Sweets make me gag. I have no cravings for them. Weird, I crave salt now.
8. My feet shrank. Smaller shoes. My fingers shrank. Rings fall off now.
My ear canals shrank. That was weird. Had to have a new hearing aide earmold made.
9. I transferred my cravings for bad foods to books! I spend a few hours every weekend going to my favorite thrift stores to look for the books I want. (made a list on index cards) That or eBay.
How I'm the same....
1. I'm still Teri. Same person, just a different frame.
2. I still feel fat and my brain hasn't caught up with my body yet.
3. Sex life is the same. Next to nothing, which is fine with me.
4. I'm still quiet and rather shy. And I'd still rather spend time at home rather than travel.

Teri, it's so good to see you!!! You look fabulous, and I'm so glad that you are experiencing the joy, and that you are the same person I have grown to know!
Hugs!
