Not physical pain.
Thanks for clearing that up. I've been doing dumping research and I wasn't sure what was happening to me exactly. My nutritionist told me, but I couldn't get a handle on her explanation. I actually had dumping confused with drinking with meals.

What I experienced twice was a bit of nausea which I believed was due to some slightly stuck food. I can't seem to handle 'left overs' either.

However, I did experience palpatations, but just palpatations, none of the other stuff... I don't think it was dumping either, just anxiety over that slightly stuck feeling.

I guess what you're saying is that when it's dumping, you will truly know that it's dumping ?!?

Day 40: hernia pain began
Day 56: tops officially went from 3x to 2x... pants from 2x to 1x
Day 63: Two-terville
Next Challenge: Shopping at Walmart without a riding cart (can't do it yet: walking hurts like heck)

I don't want to know how much I have left to lose -- I find it encouraging to see how far I've come!
