What you described is not dumping, but overeating, eating too fast or something getting stuck. Dumping is a physiological/metabolic thing that causes palpatations, sweating, fatigue, sometimes nausea and diarrhea and light headedness due to swings in sugar/insulin levels and food and water entering the GI tract.

Not physical pain.

The joy of GBP, it keeps you on your toes.
