I can only tell you what I've gone thru...I was a 46H at 165 kg. I'm now a
36H at 85kg. and it's all flabby, yucky skin I'm rolling up & packing into my bra.
I still have ca. 30 pounds to go before I can be a candidate for surgery & then the healthcare system here wants me to be stable at that weight for a year before they'll take care of everything that hangs, sags & bags. If you are 100% positive they insurance will not pay post-op, then by all means have it fixed now. But for sure I'd check & see what the insurance says first & get it in writing.
