i will try my best to up up up the food intake with more good foods, your right yesterday i totally "forgot" to eat after lunch at 11am i had a southbeach garlic chicken / green beans and then at like 7pm i was like oops! i forgot to eat anything else so i made myself an 190 calorie protein/smoothie shake. Its amazing that i can go from yeah well over 5000 cals a day to forgetting to eat

I agree Dav i need to start this weight loss kickin butt again! My dad and mom are snowbirds and have went back to Maine for the summer, my dad said o i want to see you at 150 pounds when i return in October. I wish he wouldnt have said that i still have 62 pounds to go i'm sure its doable right?
