I know exactly what you mean and where your coming from. I haven't gained as much as you but I totally understand. I have my 5th appointment this monday and I'm scared to death. Over the past few months I've gained 4 pounds. I follow the diet almost to the extreme and exercise every day and I still gained weight. I think I'm gaining weight because I'm forcing myself to eat 3 meals a day when usually it was just 2. I'm no doctor though. But I do know what you mean. I don't think anyone in this world has the right to judge another person on ANYTHING! This is supposed to be about support and if I had known about all the negative aspects of this website I probably wouldn't have joined.
