Did I have a "Nilla Cakester" today? Yep. I had one. Did I enjoy it? yep. Was it good for me? No. I won't be eating them daily. It was a treat. I know i will get on the scale tomorrow after eating healthy the rest of the day and it won't be an issue.
Have I been eating a Nilla cakester with each meal since two months post op? NO!!

This is a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG process. You have to learn the basics. Learn the correct way to use your tool FROM THE FIRST DAY POST OP! If you don't learn it then you are indeed screwed. You will indeed pick up those bad habits you continued, and then some, later on and gain the weight back.
Trust me, if I start gaining weight, I won't be whining, I"LL BE KICKING MY OWN ASS! I will know I am the one that caused it and have no one to blame but me. It will be cuz I stopped using the tool I have been given. I will be thining it's okay to do whatever I want, whenever I want, not in moderation.

Moderation IS the key, but only AFTER you have learned what you need to know.
THANK YOU.... THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I MEANT, BUT COULD NOT ELOQUENTLY SAY!
