Default Ew Leftovers

I think left overs are difficult because when they get reheated they get dry and dry = bad with my pouch! It's especially bad with chicken. Anyway, I have had several episodes of sickness following a meal that wasn't chewed enough or just something that didn't agree with me. I don't think this is dumping, though. I think I have almost dumped a time or two - one was last night. I was experimenting with some new protein I am trying - it has 2 grams of sugar and I mixed it with milk and peanut butter. Must have been just a smidge too many grams of the sweet stuff cause I felt queasy, heart racing, and crampy - not fun. Will be more careful with that new protein next time. It's good to know my limits, though, and I feel better knowing that I can't indulge on that sweet stuff even if I want to.
