I am 6 weeks out. Everything is going well but I agree with most of you I just need a little more energy. I have lost 38 lbs and have been taken off my high blood pressure meds. Thats a great start but looking forward to having more energy so I can get walking on a regular basis. I have stuck to the diet my doctor gave me and measure or weight everything. I have had some though moments but figured out that eating fast and also drinking cold items was my problem. Now that I am on Swallable vitamins it has gotten easier and at the end of the day if I have not ate enough protein a have a shake to make it up. Drinking enough fluids is hard there seems to not ne enough time in a day. But i did notice the weeks I drank more water the more weight I lost. I am so glad to have others who have had WLS to help in those moments in need. I always find good advice here. Thanks to you all.
