Copy of Doctors Note...Needed
If someone has a copy of their Doctor's note to the insurance company and you don't mind sharing.......will you please PM me?
I was "denied" on May 9th and I do believe that its due to the doctors letter to my insurance company.
I have talked to my doctor and he simply told me that if I wanted to write the letter that he would sign it and put it on his letterhead.

5/09/08 ~ Denied!!!! WTF!
5/29/08 ~ Appeal Denied! (Aetna shows NO paperwork from my doctor, so I have only been denied 1 time)
10/10/08 ~ Sent Appeal off to Aetna (waiting again)
