I really love spinach salads, and I am looking forward to trying raw greens again, is this something reasonable to do at this stage? I seem to be able to eat most cooked veggies alright at this point.

Rice does NOT go down well. Neither does oatmeal! I am really looking forward to eating some bread. I have heard that toasting it seems to work better. Any truth in that?

Ok I have babbled on enough here... I welcome any and all advice about this please!

For me I couldn't add in any raw vegetables like salad until 12 weeks postop. At 6 weeks I started with deli meat, soft vegetables and a little bit of fruit. I stayed away from rice and bread for a couple different reasons. The first is that it made me feel really full and made my pouch ache...and secondly it really doesn't have much protein so I tried to eat food that gave me the most bang in a small volume.
