thanks sharon.. the agonizing pain went once I managed to get everything up and out... wow, does that HURT like hell....

i needed to pick my daughter up at 9 and I was afriad I wouldn't be able to drive.. thankfully I was ok (ish) by then.. and now, I'm hungry but too scared to actually eat anything
